Return Period
Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Inspection
Returned items are inspected. If eligibility criteria are not met, we will return the item and notify the customer.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for similar products of equal value if in stock.
- If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
- Store credit must be used within 6 months from date of issue.
